Exceptional Quality

I bought this as a locking collar for my wife, and the quality is exceptional. The weight is perfect for a steal chain of that thickness, and it causes no pinching on her skin no matter how much she fiddles with it, nor does it try to pull out her hair that falls on it. It retains her body heat well, which she appreciates because she doesn’t like the cold.
