Shipping Policy

At Shield Maiden Jewelry, we strive to provide you with a seamless and reliable shopping experience. Below are our shipping policies to ensure you know what to expect when placing an order. PLEASE NOTE: We are certified to ship tariff-free under CETA to the EU, and under USCMA/CUSMA to the US.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Shipping to EU and AUSTRALIA/NZ

  • Orders under $35 USD will be shipped with tracking for $12 USD ($14 for Australia and New Zealand.) Delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days (up to 14 for Australia and New Zealand.)
  • Orders over $35 USD will be shipped with tracking for $7 USD ($9 for Australia and New Zealand). Delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days. (up to 14 for Australia and New Zealand.)
  • Expedited Shipping: Available as an upgrade for faster delivery.
  • Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. FOR THE EU: We include CETA information on your invoice for a tariff free delivery.

Shipping to the USA

  • Orders over $35 USD will be shipped with tracking for $5 USD. Delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days.
  • Orders under $35 USD will be shipped with tracking for $11 USD
  • Delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping is available as an upgrade for faster delivery.
  • All our items are certified under the USMCA/CUSMA free trade agreement and ship TARIFF FREE.

Shipping to CANADA

  • Small Items (under $50 CAD): Shipping via lettermail (no insurance or tracking included) for $3 CAD. We are not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend upgrading to tracked shipping which is $8 CAD. 
  • All Other Items: Flat-rate with tracking, shipping fee of $8 CAD.
  • Expedited Shipping is available as an upgrade for faster delivery.

Additional Notes

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Delays may occur due to high order volume, postal service disruptions, or inclement weather.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.
  • We are not responsible for packages sent without tracking, or to countries where tracking is not even an option. If this is you, contact us for rates with a courier instead of post.
