I cannot believe how fast the item was shipped and delivered to me. Nice quality. The chain is thick which I find good and bad. It is sturdy . I am not afraid to brake it. It is not too heavy. Put in pulls on my neck skin a little. It isn't uncomfortable, but not flattering. I am sure if I play with the adjustments and find the sweet spot, it will fit nicely. Overall I am very pleased and would buy from them again.
