Shipping policy

Items shipping via Free Shipping within Canada are shipped via Canada Post lettermail, so they are NOT tracked. There is NO guarantee with items that are not tracked, so we will not be held responsible if your item is lost or stolen. If you want guarantees and tracking you can purchase this upgrade at checkout.

International orders MUST be sent with tracking, we will not send them without. 

Please note that delivery estimates to the US vary as we do not have any control over the amount of time an item will spend going through customs. If you need an item quickly, we recommend upgrading shipping. 

Also note that incorrect addresses given when ordering or at checkout are not our responsibility. If an item is "returned to sender" and it makes its way back to us, we will resend it once a re-shipping fee is paid. Any fees incurred for the "return to sender" will also need to be paid. You are not automatically entitled to a refund if you did not submit the correct address.
