I combined this with a sigil from an other seller on Etsy to create a more personalized day collar for my partner. The o-ring link felt sturdy but wasn't difficult to open with jeweler's pliers, and there was no chipping or cracking of the metal plating.
My partner loves it and claims she may never take it off.
