Once we received the collar my wife loved it. We did have an issue with the wrong jewelry being sent the first time. They were very fast and responsive to get me the correct jewelry. Because of the wrong shipment that did make this gift show up late for my wife's birthday. We are both very happy with the quality of the jewelry and will be looking at getting more items in the future.
