The item pictured on the page has 2 chains linked to the top ring, but the item i received has only 1. Im not sure if that was intended or not. I think the single top chain probably is better for me personally. My neck is pretty small also, so even adjusted at its shortest the top chain doesn't fit me quite like a choker. I'd say the item received is perfect for those with smaller frames. The bottom chain also highlights the boobs nicely esp your girls are on the wider set side.
