I had a sizing issue with the bracelet I received. I sent the seller a message to which I received a very timely reply and equally timely messaging dialogue to come to a resolution. The replacement was made and quickly sent to me. It fits perfectly. I am completely satisfied with the outcome.
I have come to realize that bracelet sizing can be tricky especially if you want a perfect fit. My suggestion to whomever may be considering purchasing this or any bracelet and at the same time is unsure of the exact size to order is to contact the seller if before ordering. It's worth the time so both buyer and seller can align on buyer expectations and what is feasible on the seller's end.
It was a good fit and arrived reasonably quickly.

I was torn between two different sizes and I'm glad I went with the smaller. It fits perfectly. I NEVER wear jewelry so this was a big step for me to take with my Owner. It's comfortable and understated. The locking mechanism is very small, so be careful taking it out.
